Bartow, a sleepy little bedroom community nestled up close to Lakeland, Florida. Bartow, population 17,501. No wait. That would be 17,500 because last week while I was making the momentous decision between choosing Chinese food or Mexican for dinner, Rebecca Sedwick of Bartow was making the decision to continue to undergo the year-long bullying she had endured, or to just give up, give in, and end it all peacefully.
